Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between w657 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual accessing or using the w657 platform ("you," "the Player," or "the User"). w657 is operated under an international gaming licence and provides online casino games, sports betting services, live dealer casino, lottery products, and related services accessible via w657.org ("the Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any part of the w657 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the w657 website accessible at w657.org and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-domains, and software made available by w657.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, linked to a verified CNIC and a single PKR wallet balance.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has created a registered Account on the w657 Platform and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amount held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings credited, and applicable bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via accepted payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by w657 using CNIC documentation prior to enabling withdrawals or continued Play.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions listed in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard.

Eligibility & Player Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the w657 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. w657 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory and will be conducted before withdrawal facilities are enabled on any Account.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any form of legal guardianship or declared legally incapable of entering contracts under applicable law, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your w657 Account or any gaming exclusion programme at the time of registration or during any period of active Play.
5. One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account on the w657 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated Accounts, with forfeiture of Bonus Balances.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and during any subsequent KYC process must be accurate, current, and complete. w657 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.

Account Registration, KYC, and Account Security

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money products on the w657 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active email address, a Pakistani mobile phone number, your date of birth, and your CNIC number. All provided information must accurately reflect your legal identity.

3.2 KYC Verification. w657 is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal from a Player's Account. KYC may require the submission of a clear photographic copy of your CNIC (front and reverse), a recent selfie for liveness verification, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period of receiving a KYC request may have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. w657 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active will be treated as activity authorised by you.

3.4 Suspicious Account Activity. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact w657 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. w657 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w657 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w657 does not accept USD, EUR, or any other foreign currency directly.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the w657 Platform is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account and will be returned to the originating payment source.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited upon bank confirmation, which may take between 15 minutes and 4 business hours depending on the sending bank's processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in the same verified name as the w657 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. w657 targets an average withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 24 hours subject to bank operating hours. w657 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks that may extend processing times for high-value withdrawals or withdrawals to newly registered payment methods.

4.6 Transaction Fees. w657 does not charge players any fees on deposits or withdrawals. The full amount requested will be transferred to your registered payment method. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which w657 bears no responsibility.

4.7 Currency of Account. All Account balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency accounts are maintained by w657 on behalf of Players.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. w657 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and VIP rewards to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonus offers are open only to Players who meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the relevant promotion, have completed KYC verification where required, hold an Account in good standing, and have not violated any provision of this Agreement.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 25x wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of Rs 25,000 across qualifying games before the bonus converts to Real Money Balance.

5.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet to the wagering total. Live casino and table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute between 10% and 50%. Sports bets may or may not be eligible for bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's dedicated terms page.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and free spin credits carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonus balance and free spin credits that expire will be removed from the Account without replacement or compensation.

5.6 Abuse Prevention. w657 maintains automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other Players to accumulate bonus funds, and low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Detection of any such activity will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus balances and may result in Account suspension.

Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Game Fairness. All casino games available on the w657 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified and published for each game in the game information panel. Live dealer games are operated with physical equipment subject to physical audit and real-time oversight.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, disconnection, or hardware failure that affects the outcome of a game, w657 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that exceeds the mathematically possible maximum payout for the relevant game or bet combination, the win will be void and the wager returned. This applies to all games including slots, live casino, roulette, and crash games.

6.3 Disconnection During Live Games. In live dealer table games, if a Player is disconnected during an active hand or spin, the game will proceed to resolution under the applicable game rules. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection. w657 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection during gameplay.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the w657 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game's interface and may differ between game types, VIP levels, and Player account tiers. Bet limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Scope. The w657 sports betting product covers cricket (including PSL, ICC events, bilateral series, and domestic tournaments), football, tennis, basketball, UFC/MMA, kabaddi, volleyball, and additional sports markets made available from time to time by w657.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by w657. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform without obligation to provide reasons, including where a bet is placed on suspended markets or after an event has commenced without in-play betting being available for the relevant market.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are made available for selected events. In-play odds are updated continuously and may be suspended at any time. Bets confirmed before market suspension are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance.

7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by w657 in cases including: abandonment or postponement of an event, cancellation of a specific market, obvious pricing errors where odds were published incorrectly due to technical or human error, and where match-fixing or corruption is confirmed by the relevant governing body.

7.5 Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, FIFA for football). w657 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation in ambiguous or disputed outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w657 Platform. Breach of any item below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account on the w657 Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay or sports betting decisions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any wins arising from exploited errors will be void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that uses non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Laundering money through the Platform — all transactions are subject to AML monitoring.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino games, or other competitive game formats.
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider while retaining winnings derived from those deposits.
• Using another person's payment method without their express authorisation.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or auctioning your w657 Account or Account Balance to any third party.

Intellectual Property

9.1 w657 Ownership. All content on the w657 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, brand name, typography, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, software, and source code — is the intellectual property of w657 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence to Players. w657 grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any w657 content.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games available on the Platform may be developed and licensed by third-party game providers. Those game providers retain their respective intellectual property rights in their game content. w657 does not claim ownership of third-party game content beyond the licence granted to w657 to distribute such games on the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. w657 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting Players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The Company implements the following responsible gaming tools and policies across all Accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour processing period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set caps on the total amount they may lose across the Platform within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications that alert them when a set play time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains inaccessible for gaming or deposit purposes.

10.2 Age Verification. w657 enforces mandatory 21+ age verification via CNIC for all Accounts. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to individuals aged 21 or above will be closed and any deposits returned to the verified payment source.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. w657 strives to maintain continuous platform availability and targets 99.4% annual uptime. However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. w657 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur without prior notice.

11.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w657 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: interruption of Platform services; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; errors in game software provided by third-party providers; or any other matter relating to your use of the Platform.

11.3 Player Responsibility. Players use the Platform at their own risk. w657's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Internet and Device. w657 is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of an insecure internet connection, a compromised device, or the use of the Platform in a public location where your login credentials may be observed by third parties.

Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your w657 Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Before processing a closure, w657 will verify your identity and process any outstanding withdrawal of Real Money Balance to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus Balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.2 Suspension and Termination by w657. w657 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; KYC verification cannot be completed within a required timeframe; the Account is subject to a chargeback dispute; or the Company determines that continued operation of the Account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause, any Bonus Balance in the Account will be void and forfeited. Real Money Balance may be returned to the verified payment source following completion of applicable AML investigations. w657 will retain records of terminated Accounts as required under applicable data protection and financial regulations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which w657 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to Players under their local law.

13.2 Informal Dispute Resolution. 13.3 Final Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the regulatory authority under which w657 holds its gaming licence. Players based in Pakistan retain any mandatory rights available to them under Pakistani consumer law.

Amendments to These Terms

w657 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — such as changes to withdrawal policies, eligibility criteria, or Player financial obligations — w657 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the w657 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
